Lang Co Beach is the most amazing natural landscape of Hue Province. Together with Hai Van and Non Nuoc beaches, Lang Co Beach is listed as the natural heritages of Vietnam. Lang Co Beach has an old name as An Cu which was used to be the fishing village in the area then when the French came here, they changed the name An Cu to Lang Co Beach. Many saying that as at this area, there are so many storks living in the area and it is called “Lang Co” meaning the village where many storks live; then local people call this area as Lang Co Beach.
Lang Co Beach is located among three world cultural heritages in Vietnam: Hue Cutadel, Hoi An Ancient city and My Son Holy Land and Lang Co Beach is about 70 kilometers from these three wonderful travel destinations in Vietnam. Today, Lang Co Beach attracts many domestic and foreigner travelers in Vietnam, especially during summer holiday in Vietnam.
